Refund Policy
Minimart offers a free trial with no credit card required. It includes a free month or your first $1,000 sold on Minimart, whichever comes first.
For paid subscriptions:
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of the initial charge.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 1-5 business days.
Delivery Policy (For Merchants)
Merchants using Minimart are responsible for fulfilling customer orders. However, we support our users by providing tools for:
- Order tracking and updates.
- Clear menu and product descriptions.
- Payment processing and reporting.
Merchants are encouraged to set clear policies for their customers, including delivery methods, timelines, and fees, directly on their Minimart-powered websites.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your Minimart subscription anytime by reaching out to us at hi@getminimart.com.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged for the following cycle.
For merchants, customer cancellation policies should be communicated directly on their Minimart-powered websites.
Legal and Export Restrictions
Minimart is designed for food businesses operating within the United States only. Users must comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to their products and services, including health, safety, and food handling regulations. Minimart cannot be held responsible for Merchant breaches in compliance with any laws.

Payment Security
For Merchants:
Your payment and customer data are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payments platform. Minimart uses HTTPS encryption to safeguard sensitive information, ensuring peace of mind for you and your customers.
For Customers:
When shops are configured accordingly, Minimart processes payments through Square. Merchants must have an active Square account and active this option in their shop settings. As with Stripe processing, Minimart uses HTTPS encryption to communicate directly with their service.
Promotions and Free Trial Terms
- Free trials include access to all Minimart features and last either 30 days, or $1,000 in gross sales, whichever comes first.
- No credit card is required for sign-up.
- To continue using Minimart after the trial, simply add your payment information after the trial ends.
For merchant-specific promotions and discounts, terms should be displayed directly on their Minimart-powered websites.
